Is my order delayed?Due to worldwide disruptions, our print shop is currently experiencing delays. Please allow an extra 2-3 weeks before shipment of any Made to Order or Pre-Order products (clothing and shoes). We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this time. All postal services we use have confirmed orders are still being delivered. Though there may be some delays that are outside of our control. Currently, some standard service international orders are experiencing delays due to reduced air freight operations.

Payment OptionsWe accept most main credit cards (using Square processing) as well as Paypal. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

Shipping InformationShipping Carrier: USPS with Tracking Number (except letter size) Since this is a one person shop, orders are processed in bulk once a week, excluding federal holidays. All items in the store fall within one of two categories: Ready to Ship or Made to Order / Pre-Order. Ready to Ship describes products that are premade and waiting to be packaged and shipped to you. Orders of these items are shipped out once a week (usually 3-7 business days from day of invoice). Once shipped out, shipping times vary depending on your location. (item examples of this type include: Accessories, Artwork, Stickers, etc) Made to Order / Pre-Order describes products that are made custom for you, in the designs and size you request. These items take time to be made and can take from 4 to 8 weeks to ship out (during holidays expect delays). Once shipped out, shipping times vary depending on your location. (item examples of this type include: Clothing, Shoes, and Custom orders) - Buyers are responsible for local duties and taxes at delivery in countries where applicable. - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.

Returns and ExchangesRETURNS We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the shipment delivery date (the date you received them). Some exclusions and restrictions apply, see below. - Items must be in the condition you received them in; unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. - Note: We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange. - To make a return, contact us through our contact form and we will provide you the Return Form. Email us back the filled out form and include the form with the item(s) you send back. Please provide a tracking number if available. As soon as we receive your return we'll send you a confirmation email with your store credit info. Processing returns can take up to 7 days so please be patient. Full Info: Return for store credit is only applicable to the original order. Store credit cannot be given on a store credit purchased order. Store credit purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again. Large or recurrent returns may incur a 15% restocking fee. You have up to 14 days to send back your return. Unfortunately we can’t issue store credit if your return isn't postmarked within that 14 day window. Items must be in original condition which means unworn, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging. Swimwear, tights, and intimates are final sale and can not be returned due to the intimate nature of the products. You are responsible for shipping fees. Octopie does not provide a return label - you are responsible for return shipping. We also don’t refund shipping fees unless we messed up on our end. Processing returns takes up to 7 days after we receive your return, so please be patient! For qualifying returns, store credit info will be sent to the email you gave with your order. (make sure to check your spam folder!) We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange. STORE CREDIT Store credit is given once a qualified return is received. It is given in the form of a unique coupon code in the same amount as the item(s) returned (does not include shipping) Store credit never expires, and can be used to buy any item in the shop! EXCHANGES We don’t offer direct exchanges BUT you can return your products to us for store credit, then place another order for the item(s) or sizes you want instead.

International Customs / Duties FeesAny local taxes and duties for shipping are not included in your checkout price. These vary by country and are collected on behalf of your home country. This fee is in no way associated with Octopie.
